Becoming a Patient

Thank you for your interest in working with me! I appreciate that therapy can be an intimidating endeavor to start and recognize just how brave it is to consider. I would be happy to set up a 15min, free consultation to answer your questions and see if working together makes sense for us both. Please fill out the brief, New Patient/Referral Inquiry information below and I will reach out to you soon.

*Please note that the New Patient/Referral Inquiry is meant for an overview of why you’re seeking therapy, not all of the details. We will have plenty of time to discuss that if we decide to work together. It is also not intended for crisis contact. If you are currently experiencing a crisis please reach out to your local hospital or call 911*

My Commitment to Inclusive Care

I understand that stigma, racism, sexism, and bigotry of all kinds stand in the way of many people from marginalized communities to seek out quality mental health services. I, like so many, have been disgusted and disturbed by the outright hatred expressed by political leaders and people who follow them, fanning the flames of discrimination that have burned in our country since its inception.

A core value of mine is to support those from unserved or underserved populations, providing the best quality mental health care possible. Because of this, I have gained training and experience in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I stand in support of BIPOC communities, immigrant, trans, non-binary, LGBQIA+ communities, women and people with uteruses, and the disabled community. Individuals from these communities will be prioritized in referral and intake.

If this is you, I highly encourage you to reach out to discuss if working together could be an option!
